• NO REFUNDS!!
• If there is an issue with your unit, it may be be exchanged but the lace cannot be cut and there is a $40 restocking fee.
• Must email head measurements for custom wig orders within 3 business days or your order will be refunded.
• If you're sending in hair, the hair cannot be previously used must be a new set of hair. (lace + 3 bundles)
• All hair sales are final please read all product descriptions before your purchase. 
• Shipping and billing address must match on all orders No exceptions!
• There is a 1-3 business day processing time for all orders; the turn around time for custom units with our hair is 14 business days and does not include holidays. The turn around time for custom wigs with hair provided by the customer is 7 business days. 
• Miza Beauty is not responsible for any wigs that do not properly fit. (To avoid this issue please make sure all  head measurements are correct.)
