What is raw hair?

Raw hair refers to hair that has not been chemically processed or altered in any way. It is 100% natural human hair, usually collected from a single donor, and retains it natural texture, color, and quality. Often more durable, high quality, and can be styled, colored, or treated just like natural hair. 

What makes a glueless wig glueless?

A glueless wig is designed to be worn without the need for adhesive, such as glue, or tape, to secure it. Instead it stays in place using adjustable straps, combs, or elastic bands built into the wig cap. Glueless wigs can also be made custom with measurements allowing a snug fit and makes the wig easy to take on and off without any hassle or mess. 

How do I measure my head for a wig?

This guide will help you measure your head for both custom made wigs, and ready to ship wigs. 

How long does it take for you to complete my custom made wig?

14 business days when hair is provided by Miza Beauty, 7 business days if the customer provides their own hair.

Can I make changes to a ready to ship wig?

No, ready to ship wigs are sold as is. However, you can order a custom made unit to your liking.

When will my order be shipped?

There is a 1-3 business day processing time for all orders. 

How long is shipping?

3-5 day shipping on all orders once processed. 

Will I have to do anything to my unit once I receive it?

When you receive a ready to ship unit you will have to tint the lace to match your skin complexion, you can use your favorite lace tint or make up; then cut the lace. Our custom made units come tinted so all you would need to do is cut the lace. 

Can you install the wig for me? 

If you would like Miza Beauty to install the unit for you please go to ‘Book Appointment’ in the menu bar. Unit install includes a cleanse, braid down and unit install. 

How long will the wig last?

Miza Beauty units can last 5+ years with proper maintenance this is also depending on your personal wear and tear.

How many bundles come with the custom wig?

3-4 bundles abased on the cap size.

How do I go about ordering a custom wig?

Select the book appointment tab and schedule a consultation. 

Will my wig need maintenance?

Yes depending on how often it’s worn. Wear and tear can cause a wig reconstruction service to be needed. This is replacing the closure or frontal. Please refer to our Hair Care Page for regular maintenance at home.                           

How are the wigs constructed? 

All Miza Beauty wigs are constructed by sewing machine.

What type of a hair do you offer? 

We offer RAW Indonesian,Cambodian, Vietmanese Hair; and our Luxe Virgin Hair

Do you issue refunds?

No refunds. If there are any issues with your product on arrival please contact our customer service email and we will provide further assistance.
